Just resolved this problem, this means you have yourself as a blocked contact, all you need to do is click onto your name from the sent email and you will see “un-block contact”, click that then circle should disappear 👍

Hello rampromchennai,

Thanks for contacting us. We’re happy to assist, and look into this further.

To get started, we have a couple of questions.

  1. Are your emails successfully sent?
  2. Can you receive emails?
  3. Do you have any other email accounts set up on your iPhone? If so, does the same icon appear next to sent emails?
  4. Try connecting to Wi-Fi. If you send a test email, do you see the same icon?

We’ve recently released an update to the iOS software. Please create a backup, and update.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Have a great day!
