Just resolved this problem, this means you have yourself as a blocked contact, all you need to do is click onto your name from the sent email and you will see “un-block contact”, click that then circle should disappear 👍

Having the same problem here on iPad. Red circle with line through it is appearing next to all my emails in my sent folder. The emails are going through and I can receive new messages. I’m connected to WiFi and just updated to the latest iOS. Any ideas?
I have same issue and I also have another email but it’s only with one email that happen

To get started, we have a couple of questions.
- Are your emails successfully sent?
- Can you receive emails?
- Do you have any other email accounts set up on your iPhone? If so, does the same icon appear next to sent emails?
- Try connecting to Wi-Fi. If you send a test email, do you see the same icon?

“Unblock contact” or nothing similar is available to me :/
THANK YOU. Been bothering me for months. Even went to the Apple store and the guy had no idea.
Click on your name on the email you have sent, it should bring this page up, I have circled where it will say unblock contact
