Hi so about a week ago this microphone icon showed up on my lockscreen in the upper left corner and wont leave. I tried turning off all the apps one by one that use the microphone but it still wont leave. anyone have any idea how to remove it?

Turn OFF every app that uses MicroPhone. Keep them OFF. And then shutdown and restart your iPhone. After that the Microphone icon should be gone. Then you can start turning the apps ON one at a time and see which app turns that icon ON again.

One of your apps is probably constantly keeping the microphone ON.
Open Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Microphone : Here turn OFF each app and see which app removes the microphone icon when turned OFF. Once you figure it out then you can turn ON the rest of the apps and leave the culprit app OFF.

Is Voice Control set to ON?
Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Voice Control: Set this to OFF.

voice control is off and it still wont leave
ive turned off every app that uses the microphone and the red microphone is still there
