Screen time

For my screen time who do i make it so that when I enter that app it asks you to type in your screen time password and if you get it wrong it but if you get it right you can go into the app?

You have to set a certain limit of time you get on your device each day and when you reach the maximum time on that limit it does that. Also if you have downtime from certain times it does it as well.
