"I can't play from TuneIn from this device"

One of my HomePods refuses to play my radio station through TuneIn. My other HomePods happily play whatever station I ask for, as long as it is on TuneIn.

When asked: "Hé Siri, radio, Virgin Radio AM", Siri responds saying: "I could not find what you are looking for on Apple Music or in your library".

When asked: "Hé Siri, radio, Virgin Radio AM from TuneIn" Siri responds saying: "I can't play from TuneIn on this device."

I have reset the HomePod in all ways known to me, obviously without result.
