That depends.

If you have never downloaded Netflix before, and don't have a device that supports the current version, then there's no real way to get a compatible version now.

If you have downloaded it previously on the Apple ID being used by the iPhone 6 or a have a device using the same Apple ID as the iPhone 6 that can download the current version then you can re-download it from the Purchased History on the iPhone 6 and it should offer a compatible version.

Apparently Netflix keeps compatible versions all the way back to iOS 5.1.5 and they can be downloaded and used.

iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13 or above, so unfortunately you won't be able to download the Netflix app.

Netflix probably recently changed the OS requirements for running their app.

I tried this and still got an error message saying iOS 13 was required.

Then the developer does not offer a version to support anything less than 13. That is the developers choice. Contact them to give them your feedback.
