I bought new iphone SE 2020 64 GB one. While I am charging iphone, it is tingling / small vibration on both the sides of the iphone. While using without charging, there is no issue. I am having iphone XS and Iphone SE (old version) and never faced any issue even today. Any solutions for this or do I need to approach apple icare

Try an alternative lighting cable or Qi Charger and see if you have the same issue, might be a loose connection causing a small charge to dissipate around the edge of the display.
As its less than six months old, if you are getting the issue with two different charging cables / methods I would contact support to see if it is a hardware issue.
