I’m trying to clear space in my iCloud and Pixelmator Pro is eating up 1.7GB. But whenever I try to delete the files off iCloud I get the error message that the data & files cannot be deleted. And to try again later.
The curious thing is that I only have the base Pixelmator program. I never upgraded to Pro.
I tried uninstalling the app from my Mac and I still can’t delete the file off iCloud.
Any advice?

Are you trying to delete the Pixelmator folder on iCloud Drive or the files inside the folder?
Try to delete the individual files from the folder on iCloud Drive first.
When the folder is empty, disable Pixelmator in the System Preferences > AppleID > Your Name > iCloud, if it is enabled there.
This should remove the folder from iCloud.
Have you been using Pixelmator on an iPhone or iPad? Then check the iCloud folders on your mobile devices and try to delete the documents there. Disable the iCloud syncing for the Pixelmator on the mobile devices as well.

Interesting. I didn't realize it was possible to delete individual folders. I'm trying to delete the folder itself on iCloud Drive.
I don't see the option to delete the individual files -- where would I go to see that?
In Finder, the Pixelmator folder isn't listed in iCloud Drive so I don't think there's any files that I could delete.
The 1.7GB folder only show up when I check System Preferences > AppleID > Your Name > iCloud (as seen in the previous screenshot).
