My notes are gone on my iPad pro
This morning my notes are gone only on my iPad Pro. They are still on my iPhone. I have iCloud and it’s still there but how do I retrieve it?

If you are using Notes in iCloud and they are still in iCloud and on your iPhone, then on the iPad, go to Settings>>yourname>iCloud>Notes. Turn that off, restart the iPad, then turn it back on again. The Notes should populate after a moment to sync them.
