Fonts. Iphone. Options to use fonts I installed...

I installed fonts on my iphone XR ios14. where is this capability to change fonts available? Is it only on apps, and not the actual IPhone itself? I tried an email message, but the list of fonts available didnt include the ones I installed. I have maybe 8 fonts installed, yet only 4 profiles show up. Why is there a difference?

Im aware of fonts changes can be used on pages & keynote, but nobody uses those programs. Is that the only availability? What is so hard about allowing apple consumers to choose their own customizations?

User installed fonts are only available in apps which have a font menu (thus not for the iPhone interface or apps which do not offer font choices).

A complication with iOS 14 is that non-Apple apps need updating in order to make use of user installed fonts, and this seems to be happening only slowly. You should contact the authors to ask them to do that.

If you find that fonts are available in Pages but not in other Apple apps with font menus, let Apple know, as that is presumably a bug
