Issues with latest update 14.1

I updated yesterday and then again this morning with the fixes for 14.1. First it wouldn’t give an auto fill password for a particular site. Then when I try to turn off passcode that was just updated to a 6 digit number yesterday it wants my original 4 digit that was set up on my previous phone about 4 years ago, that I’ve forgotten because I never used it. How can I resolve this issue?
