phone icon disappeared

I lost the phone icon on the desktop of my iphone 11. How do I add the phone icon to my screen?

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Home Screen Layout : This should reset your Home Screen with the Phone icon back where it was.
