Catalina - Mail body blank

On a Mac running 10.15.5 and using Mail 13.4, many multi-part messages are received with blank body content. Plain text messages are displayed perfectly.

I've have already tried rebuilding the mailboxes, deleted the accounts, etc ... but nothing works.

When searching online, I noticed this problem exists over 15 years, but it has never been addressed by Apple properly. People pay 2000 euro/dollar for an iMac, and they can"t even read a mail properly.

How do we solve this issue? What is the official solution for dealing with this problem?

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
