I got this message when I tried to delete a file that downloaded by itself: The item "Unknown.download" can't be moved to the trash because it can't be deleted

How can I delete this file? I am afraid to get some virus in my computer.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

The free Malwarebytes may take care of it...
