My iMac downloaded this file today and won

my computer downloaded a file today that i cannot open nor delete. Any idea what the heck it is? this is what it is called: 81F8AB9C-EF76-4...nfo.abcdi

Give this a try which often let's me delete files that won't delete:

1 - select the file.

2 - hold down the Option + Command keys and hit the Delete key.

3 - when this window comes up click on Delete:
