Hi everyone, I am currently using canon E410 but it doesn't have duplex printing selection and the two-sided button was grey out.
However, canon does provided this function based on the official manual handbook.

Some printers require additional hardware in order to implement duplex printing. There may be an instruction or a setup option on the printer that enable duplex printing. The OS requires some sort of notification from the printer that tells the OS that duplex printing is possible.
May I suggest you review the documentation and/or contact Canon for assistance with their product. You may need an upgraded printer driver that is compatible with Catalina.
