Paid app deleted from App Store. I had a paid app that I didn’t have on my device at the time of its deletion, and now obviously it’s not available for download anywhere anymore. Is that a sunk cost even though I had no choice over it being deleted and taking my money with it?

Deleting an App will not stop a subscription. Please follow the advice provided in: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
