How to replace my mobile on warranty
Sir/Madam:
I bought a cell phone(iPhone-7) from Apple on February 22,
2020. Within a few days of purchase the mobile screen dropped a dot in top of
the upper left corner, which got bigger as the day by day. During the
Corona(COVID-19) period I was unable to bring customer service. I have now
given the my iPhone. I was not
satisfied with changing the screen. I humbly ask you to give me a new iPhone.
