Haven't received an e-mail saying that the phone has been sent

Hi.

I ordered the new Iphone 12 Pro Friday 13/10, in pacific blue.

I haven't received an e-mail saying that the phone has been sent, although I have received an confirmation of the order.

I don't know what I should do, and if it's normal to not have gotten a e-mail saying that the phone has been sent yet.

I know. I have looked multiple times at the thing that shows "Preparing to Ship".

It also says that I will receive the phone on friday.

Doesn't it seem quick that I will get the phone in 2 days and haven't gotten a e-mail saying that it's on it's way?
