You may try the steps in the article below, if all failed, it might be a hardware issue and your phone needs to be inspected by apple.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

You may check for Apple authorized service provider in your area, locate the nearest one for you from this link https://locate.apple.com/
