i logged off my old iPhone ( now with my son), a reset was done before I started with the present one, at a point I also reset the new phone and chose the bigger iCloud backup
Hope you will be able to help with this information
Sincerely appreciate
Okay, thanks for the clarification. The screenshot merely shows that you have a backup you created with that older device and a backup created with the newer device, not 2 iCloud storage subscription tiers.
I'm not following how you can be seeing "two iCloud storage" on your device. Please explain further.
Do you have 2 iPhone devices? Or did you forget to remove a device from your iCloud?
The problem is I can’t see some of my files when I connect my iPhone to my MacBook Air, only a few ones show up
many clue?
What files are you trying to see and where? Are you referring to files in the Files app (iCloud Drive)?
Exactly, when I connect my iPhone to my Mac and want to move pictures, videos and documents into my KeepSafe app, it doesn’t show
When you go to iCloud.com (from a browser), do you see your Photos/Videos & Documents in Photos & Files respectively?
