Purchase date of AirPods Pro was not validated

I bought a new airpods pro from a 3rd party seller because we don’t have any apple store in here. But after checking serial number on apple coverage it shows “purchase date not validated” but when I tried to put today’s date it says “unable to it try again”.

can anyone help me out what to do?
