Philo trial offer cancelled. Still charged

I cancelled a week trial of Philo on 10/19/20. I had until 10/20/20 to do so. I was still charged the $20 fee for this month. How do I resolve this problem

You need to cancel a full 24h before it renews to be sure.


You can request a refund by following the steps in this guide:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


You are not guaranteed a refund tough.
