Live Photos doesn't work

HELP ME,

I have a problem with a photo live it doesnt work. I mean when i want to put live photo on my wallpaper it doesnt move od do anything. I have that problem since i have ios13

Live Photos So I have a iPhone 6 Plus and I want to set my phone wallpaper as a Live Photo, but everytime I try to do it and it says it does it but doesn’t work when hold down for a while. And I’ve been trying to work it for half an hour buts it’s not working at all.

live photo background When I first got the iphone se2 (2020 version), I was able to set my wallpaper as a live photo. It worked when I pressed it and it would play. This morning it stopped working, and I was no longer able to set a live photo as the wallpaper. I did some research to see why but nothing worked. What's going on? How can I set it again?
