Camera recognition on Mac Book Pro

Hi guys,

I run a MBP from 2018 under Catalina 10.15.7

My camera is not recognised any more since several days ago.

I tried all things mentioned in the tutos (clean memories etc)

Could you please help ?

Thanks

Sorry, that is what I meant with tutos, but it doesn't work...

Computer refuses to recognise the camera. Hardware failure ? Or my recent update to the 10.15.6 version of Catalina (which I brought to 10.15.7 today, trying to see whether this solved the issue) ?

Thanks

If your Camera is not recognized in System Information— then yes you have a hardware issue.
