Is there a way that you guys can factory reset my ipad from ur side because I have tried the steps to re-started because the screen says disabled and connect to iTunes but I have no other computer and there’s no way I can get to Apple Store and I need this iPad for class tomorrow

You must find a windows or Mac computer to use. There is one, and only one way to reset a disabled device. That is to erase it with a restore in iTunes (or Finder if running a Mac with MacOS catalina). There are no alternative mechanisms to reset a disabled device.
