Ipad is disabled connect to itunes
Hi, my son's ipad 5th generation has been disabled. Can't get to apple store any ideas how to fix this problem?

Hi,
I have tried that but it doesn't work. We can't download itunes to our computer. When we plug in the power cord to the computer nothing comes up.
