How do I wipe clean all info and start new of an old IPad2?

You wipe this 9-year old iPad clean, you will never get any more third apps to install for that iPad and will render this old iPad practically useless.

There are almost NO iOS 9 or earlier iOS version compatible apps from the Apple iOS App Store, any longer.

Thinks its time to consider a new or much newer, used iPad model.

It's the way it is now.
