I bought my new Iphone 11 128 GB in 12/10/2020. The next day new 12 revealed and I didn"t know anything about it. If I was knew I wouldn"t buy it, instead I would wait till it comes to stores. One of my friends said it is possible to give your new phone back within 14 days. I want to know if anyone know anything about it.

You have 14 days to return your phone for any reason.
In your case, you can return your phone now as you're within that return window. But that does not guarantee you'll get iPhone 12 immediately as millions of people have pre-ordered iPhone 12 with deliveries starting this Friday.
Do not delay in returning your phone. Apple does not give more than 14 days to return products.
They should refund you what you paid for it, no quibbles, within that 14 day timeframe - which is a great policy.
If you purchased in a store which is actually now closed or due to close due to a local lockdown I would expect them to extend the timeframe (I've purchased something today in a store that has to shut in a few days due to local restrictions and was told the return/refund period will be extended).
Just go for the refund, don't feel bad about it, I suspect we all pay a little premium for this return option (provided it's not damaged) though I have no idea if the iPhone 12 will cost a bit more or less for you depending on release pricing in your region.
I bought it when its price for 128 gb 827 euro. But now it is 710 euro for 11 128 gb. If I want a refund how much are they going to give me?
You should be given the full price that you paid as a refund.
I would guess you'll get what you paid for it. But you need to ask the store you bought it from for an exact answer.
