I was at your store two days ago and I bought an iPhone Xr. I told the girl that assisted me that I wanted one with 128 GB and I have just found out that she gave me the one with 64 GB. Now I am back home in Barcelona and I would like to get the iPhone that I wanted paying the corresponding difference.
Is there any possibility to that from here?

No, you can only exchange a phone in the US if that's where it was purchased. Can you send it to a friend in the US who can make the exchange for you? You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make the exchange.
