Password reset

I forgot my password to my Apple ID. It’s asking me to put the phone number that was used with that iPhone but this set up was made in 2015 therefore I don’t remember the phone number I used to create this Apple ID. I do remember the email and the questions I chose and the answers but it does not give me the option to select that only to put in the phone number what Can i do ?
