Cloud phone numbers
My husband recently changed phone numbers and forgot to update his icloud to the new number now he can't log into his account because of the two factor authentication sent to the old number which we do not have access too.

He may need account recovery to regain access -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
