Pairing Apple Watch with new iPhone

I just got a new iPhone and I can't pair it with my Apple Watch. When I try to pair by holding the watch face to the camera, it says it is unable to pair and to check that the watch is not already paired with another phone. My old phone is not showing it either.

I can’t pair my new iPhone 11 Pro with my 1st generation Apple Watch I’m trying to pair my new iPhone 11 Pro with my 1st generation Apple Watch and as usual i aligned the camera to the Apple Watch face and it wont do anything. I unpaired my watch from my iphone 11 and erased the app and like i said tried to pair it with my new iPhone 11 Pro with the usual pairing but nothing happens.

cannot pair new apple watch series 3 with iphone 6 plus I have an iphone 6 plus trying t pair a new apple watch series 3. Why i cannot pair them. The phone will bring me t a screen asking which wrist i use then it starts unpairing.
