HomePod intercom toggle missing
I have updated both my HomePod and iPhone X. However, I do not see the intercom toggle in the HomePod settings.

Looking at Use HomePod as an intercom - Apple Support a key line at the top would seem to be:
Now if you have two or more HomePod speakers, you can send Intercom messages across your home.
So if you only have one HomePod then perhaps it isn't meant to show up.
