I believe that you meant that you are trying to reset the passcode on your iPhone because it has been forgotten. You should follow the process listed here ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. 

The above process requires a computer however it does not have to be a Mac. You can use a Windows based computer with iTunes as well.
