Kernel_task Panic CPU usage

Im using my Macbook pro with a External Monitor FHD, after a while of use the kernel_task begins to eat up all the CPU. Reaching 400% CPU usage, which paralyzes or slows down the computer, and is only solved by disconnecting it from the MONITOR. Apart from that the temperature rises 15% more using the external monitor and the fans are kept on top, at all times.

This an expensive Notebook for that behavior
