Iphone doesn't come with charger

Iphone doesn't come with charger and earpods. Reason being avoiding carbon emmission and chargers are lying around in the house. And the cable they gave is of usb-c to lightning.

If you're making an assumption that chargers are lying aroung, you have to atleast provide one with USB port. Not type-c(failed decision?). I have two useless cables now, I want to exchange one of them for a USB cable.
