Apple mail - Email keeps being marked as spam

Hi

I have some emails, Usually newsletters from sites I follow, that keep being moved to the spam folder. I have added the email adres to my contacts (And selected this option in junk mail filtering) and even created a rule but still everyday I find them in my spam folder.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Difficulties with Apple Mail Apple mail keeps sending email to my "junk" folder. One sender in particular I have added to my contact list, and even marked as VIP. But Apple mail keeps flagging it as junk. What can I do to receive these emails?

While the email is in Junk Mail folder, mark it as Not Junk. Mail will eventually learn that it is not junk

If they aren't marked yellow/Mail thinks this is spam, they are likely being put there by your email server.
