I am trying to box up my iphone to send in for repair & i can not turn off the Find my phone command. the reason is the phone does not recognize wifi & does not respond to password shut down or ICloud.com commands.

use other device or laptop to logon to icloud.com/find And look for the device that you want to remove then select the remove from account
