How to record audio in MacBook Air?

I would like to record a section from an online webinar and store it in my multimedia library. I'd like to record audio and video with my internal microphone shut. I mange to record video only without the webinar's audio. Help please

So I did some internet digging for a while and I found the answer:

Download OBS @ https://obsproject.com
Watch this 5 min tutorial: How To Record Desktop Audio on MAC Using OBS Studio (EASY) - YouTube

I also managed to successfuly record a webinar.
