verification failed-cannot find this person

Hi everyone I need your help,

The other day I changed my apple ID address to my primary address because I didn't want to have 2 emails. After I did that I signed out from my apple devices (iphone and macbook) so I can sign in again with changed apple ID. I signed in on my macbook with no problem but when I try to sign in on my iphone it says "Verification failed, Cannot find this person".

I can log in on Apple ID site, Icloud and my laptop but can't with my phone. What can I do?
