Do you have the Series 6? It must be the series 6 or newer.
Are you in the proper age range?
Do you live in and does your watch come from a country that supports this feature?

I was involved in another thread yesterday about this, and the OP just gave up and went to bed. He got up the next morning and it worked just fine, after not doing anything else except charge.
I experienced a problem with mine, and after trying to tighten and loosen the band it didn't work, but then it was fine. I'm not sure if this is just something intermittent or not.
Thank you.... very strange, same happened to me. I turned it off before bed and got up and checked it this morning and it worked fine but read very low twice. Oh well, May just not be perfected yet. I appreciate your responses.
You're welcome. I have to say that mine seems to be reading quite accurately, but then it isn't that big of an issue for me, since my O2 sat seems to be quite good overall, so not something I would expect to worry about.
What kind of error are you seeing that it won't read your O2 level? You should either get a reading or an error.
It continues to say unsuccessful measurement. Then it says about band fit and laying arm on table etc. I’ve tried at least a dozen times.
Yes a series 6. JUST bought it and in United States. Of proper age etc
