I can't use dictation to draft text messages and all of my options on watch and phone are enabled. I got a text and was able to respond using dictation, but now it's back to being dimmed. Any suggestions?

I assume you made sure you are not in Silent or Theater Mode.

Have you enabled dictation?
From your iPhone>Watch>General>Enable Dictation>This should be toggled on
