I have a 6th generation iPad that has been kicking me out of programs on a regular basis. I’ve followed instructions to get unstuck, but the underlying issue remains. I have backed up my data and would like to reload everything, but the instructions say to connect with another computer. I only have my iPad and iPhone - can I restore everything using that? Thx

No. A computer is required. Without one, visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center and seek assistance there.

Well, perhaps there’s a way to interact with Apple Support remotely, and ship the iPad back and forth.
