Third party?

Hello. My name is Angie. I don’t know if I should get a new phone because of this but... I’ve had snapchat for 8 years already. And some how it randomly locked me out of it. And it says because my phone has a third party or tweaks. But I have deleted all my accounts and restarted my phone like 7 times and it still says that. I tried and tried. It’s been a month like this. I just feel like I need help with this situation. I also contacted snapchat they don’t help. So you guys are my last hope.

Seems some sort of incompatibility with another app or tweak (is your iPhone jailbreaked? or something?

Did you try restoring from scratch, not restoring data from cloud or itunes backup and installing all apps from zero?

Not sure what you mean by Third Party or Tweaks. Can you tell us the exact wording of the error that you see on your screen? Need more details about the error. Thanks.
