iPhone won't let me choose the passcode I want

I want to change my passcode but when I put in the one I want to use I get a message saying that the passcode is easily guessed and it won't let me use it. The passcode is not easy in my opinion and I have the same passcode on my iPad and Apple Watch. I want to have the same passcode for all my devices. Why won't my iPhone allow me to use the passcode I want? I am up to date on firmware and I tried to do a restore from a back up and I'm still having this problem.

Hi Mike,

We understand you're unable to change your passcode due to it being easily guessed. We will do our best to explain.

If you're following Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to switch to a four-digit numeric code, when you see the message, are you getting the option to tap Use Anyway?

If the iPhone is used for work, configuration profiles and email accounts based on Microsoft Exchange may have passcode policies that may cause issues similar to this. "Contact your IT administrator for help. If you don’t use a configuration profile or Microsoft Exchange account, or if your device is personally owned, make sure you update your device to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS."

Take care.
