when i try downloading the update i type in my passcode then hit agree and my phone freezes what do i do

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ iPhone Storage : Let the screen populate with app names and the amount of storage space each take up. Locate the iPhone update file that you had downloaded previously before installation errors occurred. Tap on that filename and then delete the file. Shutdown and Restart your iPhone. After that try updating iOS again.
