iPhone X restarts randomly after screen and battery replacement

Im sorry if that came across as rude, it wasn’t meant to.

I’m just curious. I’m considering asking them to put my old battery back in (which I still have) and then just give the phone to apple for a battery replacement

But what do you think the problem is?

You mean to say both the batteries they have put in are defective?

or is it some cable inside that’s causing the problem?

So they won’t put in a new battery even if I pay them?

I thought Apple had started accepting phones that were repaired by third party stores, but then I could be mistaken.
