Crunchyroll subscription not being seen across all platforms

Hello, I just bought Crunchyroll a couple days ago using an Apple Gift Card. When I go to subscriptions, it says I have it until November. But I cannot access premium at all on any other device whether it’s PC or a Console. I tried contacting Crunchyroll, but they said that since it’s a purchase made with iTunes or otherwise, it’s not their jurisdiction. Is this a problem with the way I purchased?

If the subscription is not reflecting in the application, you can try these steps to restore it: If you don't see your in-app purchases


If you try this steps and there subscription still will not show in the app, you'd want to contact the iTunes & App Store support team for assistance: Get Support
