Shipping Company is waiting for power of attorney information paper from Apple

I Ordered custom Macbook Pro so it took a while to come to my country even though couldn't get in my country. When i called the UPS cargo company they said that they are waiting for power of attorney information paper from Apple. It has past estimated delivery time. Is there any thing i could do to speed things up or am i just convicted to wait? I don't really know how to reach out to Apple because it wants the serial number of the mac to get support but i don't have the laptop which is what my main problem is.
