iPhone Microphone Issue

Apple, can you please fix our iPhones having problem / issues with our microphone since after updating from iOS 13 (around 13.2) and until now on iOS 14.1. Most affected users having units from iPhone 7/7 Plus or later. Please include a fix on our microphones so we could able to use mic on our iPhones properly for calling Siri, recording voice, answering our calls though voice or FaceTime, record videos with sounds. Please have a fix on this in your upcoming update either on iOS 14.1.1 or later. We don’t want to use it like an iPod, because we paid for it as iPhone. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you! 
